Thank you for shopping with Cartizio. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return window may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

  • Items bought during clearance or sale

  • Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at cartizioforu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Pickup / Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error, we will arrange a return pickup (where available)

  • If pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our mistake


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement:

  • We will replace the item subject to stock availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at cartizioforu@gmail.com


8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

  • If the issue persists, contact us
